Arizona Grand Resort & Spa

I was part of a conference weekend, and everything was handled seamlessly. The staff were all lovely and attentive, especially noted during meal service, which was outdoors in the lovely fountain area. Such a beautiful setting to eat. The suite we slept in was large and very comfortable, and the hotel amenities were excellent. A lovely resort with a highlight being only a short walk from a desert and golf course walking area from which we watched gorgeous sunrise views. Had a great overall experience

Had a lovely stay at the resort for a work trip. The property was so nice, rooms were great and the service was wonderful. One stand out who truly made our trip was Andres who worked during the breakfast and lunch services. He was so kind and accommodating, helping us with any requests we had. Even something as simple as a specific beverage, he made it his mission to get it for us. It wasn't just once but several times during the week and it made a huge impression. Would definitely come back for personal travel for the service alone.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom Villas. The rooms were nice but needed some minor repairs/updates. Service at check in was not great, because they didn’t check us into the rooms appropriately but management was gracious in resolving the issue. The location was nice as it was easy to get to everything. The water park was fun for the kids and the athletic club was a great place to workout.

Huge resort! Beautiful! Great golf! Restaurants are excellent! Rooms/Suites are very spacious and well appointed...just a little dated.

We loved our stay! Our room was clean and spacious. My massage at the spa was wonderful! Our group had so much fun at the water park on property. The bonus was all of the golf cart rides around their property! All of the staff were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful time. Stayed for 3 nights rooms were great and spacious. The food served were amazing. And the Staff was tremendous from not only front desk staff, but facilities staff, maintenance staff, and everyone else. They were all extremely helpful to getting around the property, but making sure your stay was enjoyable. The only complaint I had was that the furniture and some of the convention halls that were used were a little dated, but that's a personal grip otherwise stay was amazing!

Our room was clean, bed was super comfortable and room super quiet. Never hear a door slam or noises through the wall. It was the quietest resort we’ve ever stayed in! The bathroom and sink area are very small that was the only down side and why I gave 4 stars. Also, The cost for food was very pricey. Other than that this is a great resort with a nice water park for the kids.
